Speech Language Pathologist
Cobblestone Therapy Group is seeking a full time speech language pathologist to provide quality assessment and treatment for children in a clinic setting presenting with a variety of diagnoses and disorders including childhood apraxia of speech, autism, articulation disorders, cleft palate, and language disorders. Cobblestone Therapy Group provides a loving environment and a collaborative team approach. In addition to general speech/language pediatric experience, additional preferred skills and clinical experience include:
PROMPT Training (PROMPT training can be provided as a sign on bonus)
AAC knowledge and experience at any level
Feeding Therapy (mechanical and/or sensory based)
Apraxia/Motor planning therapy
Autism
Experience in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting

Pediatric Therapy Lead Clinic Office Administrator
Team Cobblestone is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized lead medical office administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for corresponding with new and existing patients, communicating with insurance companies, communicating with providers, maintaining the organization of our office, and ensuring that our environment is welcoming for our patients and their families.
Job Duties:
Warmly greeting patients and visitors and establishing a positive and helpful communicative experience throughout the course of their care.
Scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and communicating new patient schedules with providers.
Maintaining the neatness of the reception area
Filing and retrieving patient records.
Collecting patient charges and providing an end of day charge report
Processing incoming mail and compiling and reporting insurance payments
Maintaining business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.
Communicating with physicians and nurses to obtain referrals, prescriptions, and signed plans of care.
Protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information according to HIPPA regulations
Following policies and procedures
Obtaining prior authorizations and/or pre-certifications with insurance companies and Medicaid as needed.
Communicating with insurance companies to obtain payment for denied claims.
Credentialing and re-credentialling new and existing Cobblestone providers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role in a medical facility
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication and appearance
Quality customer service focused
Friendly and compassionate disposition
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Excellent use of technology for process efficiency including Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and Google Documents.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records
